Samar State University (SSU) and Bharatiya Engineering, Science and Technology Innovation University(BESTIU) in India have strengthened bilateral academic ties and foster collaborative research initiatives. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed between the two esteemed educational institutions aims to enhance educational opportunities for students, promote faculty exchange programs, and facilitate the exchange of knowledge and innovation.
The signing ceremony of the MOU took place amidst great enthusiasm and anticipation during the I2C2 conclave forum in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India on May 28, 2023. The event was attended by key representatives from both institutions, including Dr. Marilyn D. Cardoso, President of SSU, and Dr. Rupa Vasudevan, Chancellor of BEST Innovation University. The agreement was signed with the objective of promoting a deeper understanding and cooperation between the academic communities of the two countries.
