โEver since I was in high school I am fascinated with representing a university, institution, or anything that I can represent. I just find that representing is a calling for me that is why I applied to different organizations, summits, and even training, sometimes I get accepted and sometimes I get rejected and I questioned if I am still on the right path. Instead of giving up, I was more focused not just on the community work that I engaged in but also on myself. With a question on how I got in as a Fulbright Scholar, the secret that I can share is that I presented myself and showed them how true and sincere I am. Let us also not forget being humble at all times, as I have quoted above I applied without even expecting anything not even a single call or an email. My journey was not that easy as there were things that happened that I did not expect but all things worked out with determination and faith, I was able to make my dreams come true of becoming a Fulbright Scholar. I tend to be rejected a lot but that did not stop me to achieve what I have and am destined to become. Rejections are the ways of the Lord to direct you to the right path, it may not be easy but trust the process it will make you go a long way. The world is so big and it is waiting for all of us to see.โ
